élan Library is a guided independent reading program designed to make students become independent readers while furthering their joy of reading.

We teach English through engaging with literature and writing practice for students aged5-14.In the beginning, it is likely that you will predominantly take on Early Reader Program, and lower level literature/writing course work with the opportunity to teach picture books, novels, grammar, and different writing mediums in the future. Teachers should provide a consistently challenging classroom environment for students and ensure that their teaching methodology is congruent with Our philosophy and goals.

Salary: RMB 1000-1200 for 8 hours (after tax)

Requirements:
English Native speaker or Non Native speakers who get BA degree in Native English speaking countries
Bachelor's degree or above
