1. Position: English Teacher
2. Location: Zhichunlu Haidian District Beijing
3. Students: 5-15 years old
4. élan Library is a guided independent reading program designed to make students become independent readers while furthering their joy of reading.

We teach English through engaging with literature and writing practice for students aged5-14.In the beginning, it is likely that you will predominantly take on Early Reader Program, and lower level literature/writing course work with the opportunity to teach picture books, novels, grammar, and different writing mediums in the future. Teachers should provide a consistently challenging classroom environment for students and ensure that their teaching methodology is congruent with Our philosophy and goals.

5. Requirements:
English Native speaker or Non Native speakers who get BA degree in Native English speaking countries
Bachelor's degree or above
Teaching experience is a strong asset
Like being with children

6. Schedule：
Saturday & Sunday 9am-12am (for the whole semester)
Salary： 720 RMB pre-tax for three hour
