Job Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist in the planning and execution of the training of Student Leadership Taster Programmes (e.g. organising class, launching experiential learning activities, leading Day Camp and Overnight Camp) by liaising with different partners such as school teachers and social leaders in Hong Kong
• To communicate directly with the participantsTo regularly maintain the social media platform (i.e. Facebook page)
• To research and prepare evaluation reports;
• To act as liaison, e.g. cold call, partners/trainers liaison, etc;
• To provide support to data management, e.g. applicants, parents, teachers and guests data updates, etc.
• To handle routine administrative works of the programme and other duties as requested by supervisor

Entry Requirements

Study Fields：

• Tertiary students or above.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

• Experience in training, planning, leading and debriefing programme
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills on MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT) and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge in social media platforms is preferred

Certificate, License and Registration：

• Low Event (Technical) Certificate is preferred
