Professional Skills: Primary School Teaching

Part-time Teaching Practice Supervisors (Primary English)

A recognized degree, a teacher qualification in English Language Teaching and, preferably a higher degree in education. At least 4 years’ experience in teaching the relevant subject or experience in teacher education in the relevant area in Hong Kong is required. Applicants must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Supervisors are required to visit schools of student teachers during regular school hours.

In view of the development of COVID-19, Teaching Practice Supervisors will follow the special teaching arrangement adopted at individual schools and conduct lesson observations online if necessary.

A recognized degree in English (or equivalent), a teacher qualification in English Language Teaching and, preferably, a higher degree in education/English. A minimum of four years’ experience in primary and/or secondary school English teaching in Hong Kong is required. Experience in teacher education will be an advantage. Applicants must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Supervisors are required to visit schools of student teachers during regular school hours.
