Responsibilities:

• Acquire new merchants through outbound calls and emails
• Promote company products and services and achieve business target
• Provide back-end support to the sales team on application processing and enquiries
• Perform ad hoc assignments if necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 1 year relevant experience in telesales and/or customer services
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Pro-active and sales-oriented
• Good team player
