Job Description
Part-time Social Media Analyst (Aug. – Dec. 2015)
Job Descriptions:
·Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
·Create and maintain Content Calendars, including writing Facebook Status Updates.
·Manage and help create marketing content for social media purposes (ie. Facebook posts).
·Relationship Management: Maintain relationships and engage social media followers. Manage and respond to user feedback within 48 hours.
·Create systems by which to measure key process indicators (KPI).
·Set realistic projections for growth, engagement, contesting, and other metrics relevant to clients and social networks.
·Measure, analyze, measure some more, and report.
·Oversee marketing analytics such as Internet trends, site features, and best practices, reporting these to management.
Pre-Requisites:
·A passion for travel, especially Chinese tourism.
·Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
·Content development experience
·Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social commenting, etc.
·Understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users
·Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documents that reflects the holistic understanding and implementation of the role of social media and its effects.
·Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools and skills.
·Proficiency in social listening tools (such as SocialBakers) a plus.
·Exceptional communication skills within the agency team.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree or in college
·Native speaker of Korea.
