Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information. 

Attend to all calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction. 

Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.

Serve guests (prepare the dining room, provide waiter service and clear away, cook meals) in the point of sale, in line with the F&B concept (restaurant, breakfast, bar). Provides a high standard of service in all areas.

This position is multi task.

Experience in hospitality is preferable but not necessary as full training is given.
