Job Description
Scope of duties and responsibilities


• Managing Chinese partners (setting tasks for them, inspiring, negotiating, controlling the results);
• Resolving conflicts with partners;
• Communicating with a main office (reports, plans, updates, results, etc.);
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Fluent Chinese, English and Russian is a must;
• Computer and Internet literacy;
• Ability to achieve goals, deep understanding of business results;
• Strong communication skills;
• Leadership;
• Management experience;
• Experience in sales, working with multiple distributors and subcontractors will be a plus;
