About the role :
We are looking for a role of Partner Account Manager (PAM) to focus on a set
of partners and join the Lenovo Data Center Channel team. We see a lot of
business opportunities across the Ile de France region and we will trust you
to identify potential business partner to develop and recruit, develop
trustworthy relationships and build Lenovo’s portfolio. You will represent our
brand and collaborate with the other internal sales teams to grow Lenovo’s
market share- the perfect way to boost your commercial skills.
As the PAM, you ‘ll contribute to the channel growth in the fast paced
environment and you will have the responsibilities of activities below.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• You nurture relationships of trust with your partners in your areas
• You provide proactive follow-up, product information and manage their needs
and expectations
• You acquire and enable new partners, for increasing Lenovo footprint
• You create, execute, and manage a growth plan for each partner on your
territory
• You deliver revenue growth across your varied business partner base,
leveraging our channel incentive programs
• You collaborate with partners in demand generation activities and marketing
• You’ll work closer with other department (enterprise, marketing, technical)
Organization :
You will report to Channel Manager supporting partner in France. You will
participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
#### Position Requirements:
Position Requirements:
• 8-10 years’ experience in the partner management of IT- hardware products
with a proven track record of success.
• Strong Partner relationship management
• Entrepreneurial personality, agile, goal focused,
• Excellent verbal and written communication and sales skills.
• Professional fluency in English
• Deep understanding of the core technologies, industry trends, and workloads
shaping the Enterprise Data Center market including Cloud, Converged Systems,
and Analytics
