We, at Siemens Digital Industries Software are investing in our Global Partner GTM Organization to accelerate our momentum. In this independent contributor role, you will be responsible for helping develop, manage, distribute and measure partner-facing content, and make recommendations to improve engagement. The ideal candidate has excellent writing and analytical skills. You will play a crucial role helping expand and optimize our communication channels, initiate new content and vehicles and track KPIs to measure effectiveness. This role calls for a balance of leadership, influence skills, critical thinking and individual contributions. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, able to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders in a global matrixed environment and be flexible and effective amid ambiguity and uncertainty. This role will focus on supporting communications platforms and content editing/distribution/measurement including partner newsletter, blog, social, portal, web, community, and creating/managing our partner digital badging program. Responsibilities Support the management, distribution and measurement of partner-facing communications on all available content hubs Work with enablement team in support of defining, launching and managing digital badging program Support the evolution of our partner portal for improved partner experience and productivity Help ideate, source and distribute partner-related content Identify and help create new digital assets that promote partner value to customers Provide communications support to global colleagues in support of the expanded partner organization Act as a liaison between regional social media managers to leverage localized social channels Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other applicable discipline required, Master’s Degree preferred Exceptional writing and editing skills with astute attention to detail An analytical and metrics-driven work style Business-savvy professional that is highly motivated, collaborative and results-oriented Ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations Familiarity with SEO, Google analytics and ability to identify appropriate KPIs Experience working with international teams remotely across multiple time zones Ability to work on high-level strategy and execute on day-to-day activities Ability to thrive in fast-paced, fluid environment 5+ years of partner marketing experience (a huge plus) Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills including MS Teams (required) Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized A desire to learn new strategies, tactics, tools and platforms Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in all areas of the partner ecosystem Preferred Experience Global / multinational experience Experience in enterprise software, cloud technology, and various partner business models GIF creation, short-form video editing (a big plus) SaaS partner programs supporting the shift from perpetual to SaaS business models Experience with various platforms including WordPress, Highspot, Amplify, Sprinklr, Camtasia, Zift, LinkedIn, Twitter, Brainshark, SFDC and other collaboration tools as needed Ability to analyze complex, ambiguous situations, develop action plans, and lead ad-hoc teams Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future, for employment in the United States.
