Job Description:
Capital Markets and Investor Relations

• develop a robust Fund’s investor relations strategy and framework, manage capital raising, prepare investor promotion and roadshow materials, organise further demonstration publicity materials
• provide tailored capital markets advice, develop and assist in the execution of both traditional and non-traditional capital solutions for portfolio companies seeking financing.
• stay aware of capital market dynamics, provide appropriate information for disclosure, keep tracking policies and regulatory compliances

Fund Management – investment, portfolio management, finance operation

• as a member of the management team, also responsible for evaluating and executing private equity investment opportunities, close cooperation with the investment team in financial matters throughout the deal execution process, including transaction plan designing, due diligence, valuation, financial modelling, risk recognition/improvement and post-merger integration
• engage with the portfolio management team and propose strategies on the management of business model, financial risks and other treasury problems of the portfolio companies
• oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the Fund, and assess financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts
• understand international tax planning, tax compliance and other related aspects
• understand and mitigate key elements of the fund's and portfolio companies’ risk profiles and ensure effective internal controls are in place

Requirements:

• at least Bachelor’s degree from top-tier universities worldwide, and must with international work/study exposure and mindset.
• 10-18 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in both leading investment banks and inhouse corporate finance/IR field at a senior position. Background with high-growth companies would be welcomed.
• solid industry knowledge and network with comprehensive insights about the capital market and financing.
• outstanding capabilities in analysis, negotiation, communication
• strong entrepreneurship, always eager to learn and win, hands-on still
• fluent in English oral and writing skills, native in Mandarin-speaking
