The One Commercial Partner organization plays a critical role in Microsoft’s cloud growth and digital transformation with partners and customers. The GTM team in One Commercial Partner is responsible for driving the holistic go-to-market approach across the partner ecosystem for all customer solution areas.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to become instrumental in building the best partner ecosystem in SMB (Small, and Medium Size Business) by becoming an integral part of Microsoft’s future.  The Azure business is the most critical growth lever for the company, and SMB  is the fastest growing customer segment in our subsidiary. The Azure GTM SMB PMA is responsible for leading the Azure Go-To-Market strategy for the SMB channel to deliver customer & partner success, resulting in revenue, growth and share outcomes for their Azure aligned Priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SMB partner go-to-market (GTM) plan and campaigns for Apps & Infrastructures focusing specifically on Azure through scale engines (to and through partners) to accelerate customer acquisition and Azure consumption
• Lead the SMB Azure Solution Area Plays campaigns and influence partner enablement execution with focus on strategic imperatives: WS/SQL end of support;
• Operate in orchestrated way with CSP indirect providers POD (PDM, PMA, PTS, PDM-R) to accelerate Azure Reach, Yield and Frequency
• Collaborate and influence key SMB levers to drive channel activation in Azure: SureStep as a vehicle to increase reseller reach, Global and Local Incentives and Investments, SMB C3, etc.
• Develop strong partnerships  across key stakeholders and business groups like SMB Segment, OCP Build with PDM’s and PDM-R’s, OCP Technical team PTS’s, Azure Business Group (BG) PMM’s, and other OCP GTM stakeholders
• Contribute New CSP and New Azure efforts launch and roll out with CSP champion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, channel or audience marketing, partner channel development, business development, to and or thru-partner marketing in the technology industry
• Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
• Preferred +200 understanding of Azure solutions or willingness to learn
• Innovative and creative approach to developing marketing campaigns with data-focused ability to measure performance and optimize campaigns in-flight
• Demonstration of growth mindset, positive attitude, highly inclusive, respectful and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
• Proven communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
• Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
• MBA degree preferred
