The Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) Partner Solutions Executive role is responsible for driving engagement and growth in our Partner ecosystem. This is an EMEA level role which carries ownership for developing the growth in Partner numbers and depth of engagement of external Partner companies who have a particular business model. This role reports into and is part of the EMEA Partner Sales and Channel program management team.
This role is accountable for IPA Partner Solutions and Specialties portfolio focused on benefit curation, execution, and results. This position will ensure best in class benefits, support, and end-to-end partner journey under the Intel Partner Alliance to enable partners across the ecosystem, such as OEMs, SPs and ISVs, to partner with Intel across the full spectrum of Intel's product portfolio and markets.
They will work with the country-based sales/account management teams across EMEA to drive Partner engagement in IPA, our singular Partner Program. They will interface with the HQ IPA team to ensure regional execution and provide input to help shape the IPA value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- EMEA expert on expansion and engagement of partners with E2E offerings and expertise in particular market segments
- Become expert and articulate IPA value proposition to field, ecosystem and partners
- Lead driving regional recruitment and on-boarding of new partners and solutions
- Drives in region partner engagement in IPA value exchange for these partners, being the point person working with regional edge team to support implementation of benefits
- Voice of region for these partners back to HQ - business, program effectiveness, value exchange, content and trainings needs, opportunities and threats
- Manage Regional IPA Benefits such as MDF, Select Benefits and Specialties
- Monitor and report metrics for partner's engagement across activities and value exchange.
Day to Day
- Review New Partner Candidates for eligible specialties/solutions
- Recruit new partners & drive activation calls
- IPA and Select Benefit onboarding
- Event support, pulling customer list, registration and app arrangements
- IPA content support
- Program support query management for account managers. (how to get access and gain program related benefits, queries relating to customers eligibility) for Inside Sales and Account Managers
- Manage customer support escalations
- Communications to stakeholders, including coordination of assets for IoT MRS/RFP RK and Specialties (content, program overview, program extension decks, country dashboards, bi-weekly communications for account managers)
- Review of WW program setup and partner configurations
- General ad hoc reporting (for countries, focus areas, quarterly results, etc.) related to program extensions
- Assist set up marketing campaigns, track and report results during and after campaign close, prepare and send out newsletter (IoT Embedded)
- Prepare content and organize quarterly meetings with account teams and Inside Sales teams
Qualifications
A successful candidate must demonstrate:
- Deep knowledge of Intel's partner ecosystem with experience in non-traditional partner ecosystem. A strong understanding of industry trends.
- Global collaboration between HQ, BU and regional teams
- A commitment to excellence in execution
- Exceptional communication skills to keep partners, stakeholders and teammates engaged and connected to benefits within IPA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Field sales and/or partner program experience
- Sales and Marketing campaign experience
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in:
- Sales or account management
- Business Development of B2B Partners
- Channel management
- Working with or for a multinational company

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
