As a Payor Service Associate Consultant, you will help us achieve this goal by leveraging your knowledge and positive attitude to help each payor in a friendly and efficient matter. Many payors in China use Flywire’s services (provided through Flywire’s locally licensed partners), and your patience and flexibility to understand Chinese payor’s cultural background is also a must. Strong language skills are also required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Flywire in liaising with Chinese payors on their questions and concerns by phone and email with speed and professionalism

• Consult with Flywire and serve an essential role in finding the right solution for the payor and to make Flywire’s services more convenient for Chinese payors

• Assist Flywire in follow-up with payors with previously unresolved payor requests

• Consult with Flywire to help us define and implement top notch payor service policies

• Assist Flywire to solve complex problems with different software tools

• Have fun while working hard with a goal-oriented team

Our ideal candidate has:

• Fluency English and Mandarin is required 

• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to listen, understand and find a solution to complex payor requests

• The desire to talk to payors on a daily basis

• Strong analytical and computer skills

• A flexible work schedule

• International experience (preferred)

• Familiarity with CRM software (preferred)
