Responsibilities

• Represent Microsoft and communicate with Microsoft Partners via telephone and in written correspondence
• Provide technical consultation to Microsoft partners for end to end deploying, planning architectural guidance and best practices laid by Microsoft for Business Applications
• Responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with the partner and thoroughly documenting their cases.
• Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Technical Leads and escalation resources when appropriate.
• Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.
• Working knowledge of pre-release products and take ownership for product improvement in key product areas.

Qualifications

ERP developer:

• Knowledge of Business Applications
• MorphX design, X++ development (Dynamics AX)
• Retail SDK in .net
• C/AL development (Dynamics NAV). Development knowledge of Business Central using AL and Visual Studio is a big plus
• PowerApps and Flow. Logic Apps knowledge is an advantage
• Write T-SQL queries and use SQL Server Report Builder
• good understanding of Power BI report designing using Web Designer and Power BI for Desktop

Advantage:

• Focus on Microsoft Power Platform (low-code / citizen developer)

• Experience in the creation of Canvas Apps (aka. PowerApps)
• Experience in working with the Common Data Service for Apps
• Experience in data integration and working with the Common Data Model
• Experience with Azure App Service is an advantage
• Experience with Logic Apps is an advantage
