Responsibilities
As a Partner Technical Consultant in Microsoft you will be in charge of driving the so called Digital Transformation of our Customers through the Microsoft Partner Channel.
Successful candidate will need to have the drive and intellectual horsepower to act as a Consultant and Technical Trusted Advisor to enable the Microsoft Partner in to the Cloud Technologies portfolio. You will find yourself in a different and varied technical activities – from delivery a Readiness Event in a face to face mode, providing presales Technical help to a Partner over the phone, working with some colleagues in a Proof of Concept or delivering a WebCast over the phone for EMEA range Partners.

Qualifications
· Possess deep technical expertise and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting.
· Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills and ability to develop strategic on going customer and partners relationships.
· Enjoy team work, and actively contribute to their peer group as well as our customer account teams.
Experience and Skills required:
· Deep knowledge on Microsoft Azure Infrastructure (IaaS) management and deployment: Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking.
· Good knowledge on Hybrid scenarios. Experience with VPN gateways (Site-to-Site and Point-to-Site). Connectivity with ExpressRoute.
· Good knowledge on Business Continuity (Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery).
· Good knowledge on Cloud Identity and Federation (Azure Active Directory, ADFS).
· Strong knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server and Hyper-V.
· Strong knowledge on Microsoft System Center.
· Basic Programming skills in PowerShell (Windows and Azure modules), JSON templates, runbooks…
· Any experience with other Cloud Providers and Open Source platforms and technologies would be useful.
· Full Professional Proficiency of Portuguese and English languages both verbal & written.
· Within the full Azure portfolio, found in the below link, we are looking for candidates that feels comfortable in dealing with Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Identity/Access, Backup, and the knowledge of the rest of the offering is a plus: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/fundamentals-introduction-to-azure.
· Full Professional Proficiency of Italian and English languages both verbal & written. Any other language as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian or German would be a plus.
