Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive channel change management by determining which business scenarios can be transitioned, how we will transition them, what the corresponding business requirements are, and when we can implement them.
  • Identify and resolve potential blockers for those new scenarios (e.g., compensation, systems constraints, and policy issues, etc.)
  • Define KPIs to measure and track the success of those new sales motions
  • Engage directly with senior executives within the field and partner organizations to get feedback and adjust those new motions over time
  • Collaborate with the partner marketing teams to translate the change plan into a set of well-defined sales scenarios that our partners can understand, explain to customers, and transact at scale
  • Co-develop marketing assets that highlight the value of those new sales scenarios, and leverage those to train our partner community

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of field / partner / sales experience, or experience with business planning, program or product management
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to ramp quickly in a new role
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong executive level communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Passion to understand and advocate for the needs of our customers, partners, and field sellers
