MRM//McCann is an international digital and direct marketing agency, part of McCann Worldgroup. We are one of the fastest growing integrated marketing agencies in Hong Kong and are currently seeking talented individuals to join us.

Position Description

You will work closely with our client’s Product Marketing Manager on partners marketing related projects, including:

1) Building the partner education strategy, like organizing trainings for Agency professionals, set tracking for training success, provide feedback and suggestions to continue optimize the strategy.

2) Help partners grow acquisitions revenue, set the tone and plan, track and optimize for the acquisition events cohosted with partners.

3) Work together with Product Marketing Manager to drive excellence at key partners events like Partner Summit or Partners awards, provide local insights, Connect with global and regional team to drive excellent partner experience and strength our client’s position in agency.

Basic requirements:

• Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
• Adaptable, able to work at a very fast pace. Happy to learn and take more.
• 3 years relevant working experiences, can either be working experience with partnership, or marketing. Would be a plus to have experience on data analytics or training.
• Detail oriented, relationship driven.
