Job Summary

REAL is currently recruiting a Partnerships Account Manager to join our commercial team on a five month contract to support the delivery and partner servicing for the world famous Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens. 

You will support the REAL commercial team in delivering success against objectives for commercial event partners. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Hospitality Manager and Marketing Manager you will play a key role in the delivery of the event account management servicing. 

You will also be responsible for building and nurturing excellent relationships with relevant personnel from your designated partner portfolio. A critical aspect of your role will be to ensure all partners receive their full allocation of rights and have the support they need to activate their partnerships to their full potential. 

You will work to ensure that the operations and administration that underpins delivery of contractual rights and management of the event’s commercial partners is recognised as being exceptional and best in class at every level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of best in class partnership management for your designated partner portfolio by ensuring the delivery of contractual rights
  • Create and maintain key reporting documents including status reports, case studies and partnership review documents
  • Work with the commercial team to develop an effective and efficient communication structure to maintain regular contact with partners
  • Proactively build strong relationships with key partner contacts, event stakeholders and REAL team members
  • Manage the approval process of partner IP usage and event marketing material; maintain a record of approvals from partners
  • Utilize all available measurement and reporting programmes in order to build a reporting structure to track partnership performance, whilst taking responsibility for producing case studies to fully review partner activations
  • Deliver exceptional on-event servicing by providing problem-solving solutions
  • Support the commercial team in the continuous development and innovation of partnership management servicing.

 

Your profile

  • Minimum three years relevant experience of account service management in the events industry
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills commensurate with account management
  • Ability to work and excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • English a must, bilingual an advantage
  • Degree or equivalent

 

Contract offered will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
