The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Bancassurance team to provide high quality administration and coordination support to uphold the channel between AIA and Commonwealth Bank. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to ensure governance and reporting requirements are met and the Distribution Agreement is adhered to. To do this successfully you will:

  • Provide administrative services including the end to end coordination of schedules, correspondence and communications
  • Prepare reports to track sales performance and present relevant data to the business
  • Partner with Executive Assistants from Commonwealth Bank to schedule meetings, develop agendas and prepare papers
  • Maintain a list of Distribution Agreement obligations to ensure all internal teams are aware of their accountabilities and deliverables and ensure all documentation is correctly stored

  • Proven experience in administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost of integrity
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
