Siemens Healthineers is looking for a collaborative and experienced Partnership Manager to join our inclusive team. This full-time partnership management has the overall accountability and authority for the governance of the Managed Pathology Services (MPS) contract at the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPS). As a skilled and dedicated Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance management of the Managed Pathology Services (MPS) contract, including the finance and operations management for all services delivered to the Trust(s). In this way, this position will be the key relationship holder and partner with CWPS and will be a critical enabler of customer satisfaction. In your first few weeks in this Partnership Manager role, you can expect to: · Work within the designated MPS contract to provide an effective, pivotal role that will ensure that both parties achieve the vision and objectives agreed upon at the outset of the contract · Work with supply chain teams and stakeholders to identify innovation, operational excellence and revenue development · Develop and embed tools and processes for the effective performance management of the MPS contract · Ensure that Siemens and CWPS obligations are understood and delivered throughout the contract term To apply for this partnership management role, you will need to be able to build positive and purposeful relationships at all levels in a GB&I organisation.
