职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Increase sales channel: develop & nurture relationships with tourism boards, airlines, hotel groups and other companies to expand sales channel through joint promotion and affiliation.
2. Optimize revenue: devise campaigns with partner companies and leverage available channels to effectively promote them.
3. Budget ownership: have full ownership of the allocated budget for the partnership program and ensure a preset level of positive ROI is achieved.
4. Technology understanding: work closely with the headquarters to integrate the back-end of the technology requirement based on partners’ needs to create seamless user experience.
5. Reporting: produce reports regularly for partner companies and discuss ways to achieve better efficiency
produce and share campaign results with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding on scalability.
6. Document review: be responsible for reviewing legal documents (eg commercial agreements), overseeing content translation, taking charge of administrative work such as invoicing and settling payments to vendors and partners.
任职条件
Requirements:
1.Experience in a similar role and a proven track record in partner marketing from cold calling, idea generation, proposal creation, terms negotiation, goal setting to execution.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B sales role.
3. Analytically minded and detail oriented
have used data analytics tool (SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics) in previous roles.
4. Experience working in the travel industry
previous experience working for OTA is a plus.
5. Ability to manage projects across multiple departments and stakeholders.
6. A creative thinker and an effective communicator with excellent presentation skills.
7. Strategic thinker with the ability to align with Ctrip’s global and regional objectives for planning and execution.
8. Proficiency in spoken and written English language skills.
