The Partnership Marketing position has the primary responsibility within the A-DL Consumer Promotions team to create and deliver unique, memorable and money-can’t buy experiences for our Alle consumer loyalty rewards members. They will manage day to day coordination between partners, venues, ticketing, agencies as well as internal coordination between the CRM team, Project Management/SMO, Finance, Digital and Consumer Marketing. They will help provide strategic direction, prioritize opportunities and be responsible for execution success. Principal Duties And Responsibilities: Responsible for building out process and evaluation guidelines for partner opportunities, as well as event sponsorships and potential activations, in coordination with consumer marketing and PR. Manage day to day coordination with internal/external meetings, budget reviews, ticket allocation, agency communications. Establish ROI process with the Analytics team to measure effectiveness of partners, promotions, and activations. Establish KPIs with the Analytics team to measure effectiveness of integrations Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve goals leveraging sponsorships, partnerships, or co-promotions. Identify components that drive consumer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy Develops strategies to present to partners for member acquisition and engagement of current members such as tier benefits, multi-way earn / burn, loyalty currency exchange, etc. Develops, maintains, and leverages a network built on trust within and outside of the company in support of initiatives. Collaborate with Operations on vendor on-boarding processes Understand high level function and dependency on variety of internal technologies, systems and departments Monitors news, current events, market and relevant hospitality, event and entertainment trends. Acquires and utilizes all available consumer data, industry trends, and venue statistics to drive tactics. Builds and maintains strong internal and external professional relationships. Assists internal stakeholder requests for meetings/events at partner locations Creation of deck templates and presentations using Microsoft Office PowerPoint and other necessary tools as needed Performs all other job-related duties as requested Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or relevant field. 5+ years experience in sales, marketing, events, activation, client/account management or other relevant areas required Previous experience working in entertainment, sports, or a related field, client or agency side Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Builds and maintains strong internal and external professional relationships Excellent customer service skills Must be self-motivated and directed with ability to work on individual projects as well as in a team, making empowered decisions, taking ownership Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, ability to multi-task Working knowledge of Sponsorship Activation in the sports & entertainment industry as well as B2B or B2C loyalty Displays personal resilience and is not discouraged by resistance or obstacles. Demonstrates ethical behavior and integrity regardless of the situation. Exhibits professionalism, flexibility, confidence, and composure. Requirements: Ability to demonstrate extremely strong organizational and project management competencies High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Proven use of data to develop and measure programs with analytic and quantitative skills Comfortable using project management tools similar to Jira, Smartsheet Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish and delivering successful results Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others Adaptable to high-growth environment and comfortable with change (start-up experience is a plus) Proven ability to make interpersonal connections, think strategically and generate high-quality event experience to support pipeline growth. Thorough understanding of event production, marketing, budget management and logistics Proven success in executing multiple events at once and using both internal and external resources. Excellent negotiation skills with internal and external partners, comfortable working with Legal and Finance to deliver contracts and agreements Willingness to travel within the U.S. 25% plus.
