The Opportunity:
To support business growth, profitability and retention through ensuring the integrity of adviser data held on company systems. Ensure that partners and advisers are set up and maintained in line with AIA’s commercial, regulatory and legal obligations.
About the role:
Some responsibilities include:
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of adviser data by following set processes for the set up, change or ending of adviser roles on company systems (such as Salesforce, Slogans, Insights, OLAS and CARS).
Validation of regulation requirements; ensuring registration, Professional Indemnity and personal checks are reviewed and updated on appropriate systems.
Provide administration support and services for all sales channels. Ensure that all necessary actions and controls are in place, together with regular reporting
Support the Sale and Purchase service - help advisers and sales channels sell and buy insurance portfolios.
Proactive in documenting and maintaining team processes; identify barriers to performance and drive for continuous improvement for self and processes.
Keep all stakeholders fully informed of the progress of requests
Assist both internal & external customers with information around Adviser agencies, client listings etc
About you:
Self starter – able to act independently without prompting and initiate positive change in processes, practices or issues facing the business.
Attention to detail – able to focus and manage micro information; accurate data input and implementation of instruction.
Accountability – demonstrates personal responsibility for achieving results, achieves things on time within appropriate policy and/or procedure.
Ownership – takes ownership of enquiries/tasks, ensures that proactive feedback is provided and managed until completion.
Communication – able to effectively and clearly communicate to all internal and external stakeholders verbally and in written form to ensure issues are raised and resolved in a timely manner.
Strong Analytical skills - able to effectively analyse and clearly communicate trends/findings identified within large sets of data. Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
