Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for New Business Development, target and approach key prospects, build contacts within these companies, close and manage the ongoing business
  • Develop and acquire suppliers for travel products (tours, tickets, transportation, and others)
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and other project documentation
  • Communicate with suppliers for product development and enhancement
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients/suppliers and communicate terms with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with business partners and colleagues to ensure the best interest of the stakeholders are prioritized & optimize the products to keep the best condition for travelers.
  • Research and analyze the market to find out better business opportunities
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
  • At least 5 years of business development, sales or account management working experience with the background in the tourism/e-commerce environment
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Customer oriented, good presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers
  • Independent, able to work under pressure and might meet tight deadlines
  • Have a passion for Travel.
