Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for New Business Development, target and approach key prospects, build contacts within these companies, close and manage the ongoing business
- Develop and acquire suppliers for travel products (tours, tickets, transportation, and others)
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other project documentation
- Communicate with suppliers for product development and enhancement
- Negotiate contract terms with clients/suppliers and communicate terms with stakeholders
- Coordinate with business partners and colleagues to ensure the best interest of the stakeholders are prioritized & optimize the products to keep the best condition for travelers.
- Research and analyze the market to find out better business opportunities
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- At least 5 years of business development, sales or account management working experience with the background in the tourism/e-commerce environment
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin
- Customer oriented, good presentation and interpersonal skill
- Good communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers
- Independent, able to work under pressure and might meet tight deadlines
- Have a passion for Travel.
