Job Specifications:

We are looking for someone with sales experience to join the team. Duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for selling ads, event sponsorships, and building partnerships
• Develop sales tools that support the selling process
• Plan and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies and campaigns
• Acquire potential clients through referrals/ cold calling/ meetings
• Develop and maintain close relationships with clients
• Attend innovation and startup focused events (online and offline)

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and media industry is preferred but not required
• Experience in startup/ innovation industry is preferred
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined with the ability to work under pressure
• Creative / frequently thinks outside the box, strong sense of ownership, while being able to follow Jumpstart's brand guidelines
• Outgoing personality, with excellent presentation skills
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Understanding of startups and innovation a plus, but not necessary
