Parts Engineer, based in Suzhou

As a Parts Engineer at Rolls Royce Power System, you will be responsible for providing technical support on parts identification & verification, and compile maintenance spare parts list for the maintenance and repair work on off-highway products

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain and update the BOM (standard list) for parts, tools and MTE, attend request from sales and service team to initiate parts list as per MTU maintenance schedule
• Maintain and update parts, tools and MTE catalogue of off-highway products operating in China
• Handle parts identification & verification for parts sales, customs declaration and maintenance service jobs
• Provide technical support and technical clarification to customer when necessary
• Provide technical support to logistics store regarding return parts from customers and usability of stored parts when requested; make the investigation report when necessary
• Liaise with MTU-Asia to verify the parts for the off-highway products and update records in MTU-Suzhou accordingly

  
  Key Experiences and any Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Marine / Mechanical Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in marine or related logistics operation industry / business
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin, good at office softwares
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and is a good team player
