Position Description:
SeeSeeking a self-motivated, highly organized individual to support the Parts
Inventory process within the NA PCSD Supply Chain Organization. This role is
responsible for managing and reporting the E2E parts inventory as well as
coordinating cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive disposition and
meet financial targets. The incumbent will work with various organizations
including procurement, supply planning, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain
to minimize inventory and E&O impacts. Additional responsibilities include
driving roadmap actions across teams, finance reporting, and continuous
process optimization. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of
technical and organization skills as compilation of reports and accuracy in
outlooks/projections are critical to this position. This person must also
demonstrate ability to identify improvement opportunities and aggressively
drive actions to closure.

Position Responsibilities:
• Monitor Monterrey plant (MTY) parts inventory and costs.
• Monitor aged parts in vendor managed inventory (SOI) and MTY (LOI).
• Collaborate with VMI and GL team to ensure inventory levels and conditions
are aligned in our different platforms.
• Track weekly changes, trends and overages.
• Identify and drive actions to optimize inventory and Excess & Obsolete (E&O)
liability in MTY and across sites.
• Collaborate with local manufacturing staff and GEO 4P/Sales teams to
optimize inventory levels.
• Create monthly forecasts of inventory value.
• Create financial reserves for obsolete and excess losses.
• Work with Finance and accounting to ensure ledger is aligned with
operational input.
• Execute quarterly brokering or scrap of excess parts
• Participate in regular management and financial reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with NA Procurement, Supply/Demand Planning,
MFG and Finance teams on inventory disposition plans.
• Extensive work with excel reports, data management and analysis.
• Regular management of reports in SAP

Basic Requirements:
• 3 – 5 years of experience in supply chain management is a plus (experience
in Inventory Mgmt)
• Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
• Strong Communication Skills - Fluent in English
• Strong Organization and Technical Skills
• Advanced knowledge in SAP
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• LSS training and Finance background preferred, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
• bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or Business
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work across multiply organizations
• Self-motivated, Self-Directed
• Attention to details
• Strong leadership skills and experience influencing others
• Strong IT skills. Prior experience with SAP or similar business enterprise
purchasing, inventory control and/or procurement management system preferred
• Strong understanding of technology parts for consumer electronics IT and
services
• Technical hardware knowledge preferred
