Objective of job
Design and maintain high quality parts retail sales KPI reporting;
Provide comprehensive and in-depth analysis on parts retail performance KPIs to diagnose and support parts sales business;
StarParts pilot and rollout project lead;
DBP/OP - Parts sales planning coordination.
Main tasks
Design and maintain high quality parts retail sales KPI reporting:
 Maintain main KPIs of parts sales business, developing proper report and distribute regularly to ensure transparency for performance steering towards all stakeholders;
 Parts sales report automation;
 Prepare regular and ad-hoc business reports and analysis;
 Maintain and align the most up-to-date KPI definition with relevant BUs;
 Maintain contact and provid data upload (e.g. VPM data) and support to GSP MRA team.
Provide comprehensive and in-depth analysis on parts retail performance KPIs to
diagnose and support parts sales business:
 Maintain/update/improve correctness and effectiveness of parts sales related data and data processing, develop intelligent tools/plateform for self-service data analysis and deep diving of data mining in cooprate with IT;
 Plan and develop effective analysis logics for low performing area, low performing dealers, products etc. to address business potentials;
 Providing necessary data analysis support to internal and external stakeholders.
StarParts pilot and rollout project lead:
 Manage overall StarParts pilot and rollout in cooperate with loyalty program;
 Maintain smooth communication with GSP StarParts team;
 Stock planning in cooperate with parts sales team;
 Coordination and organization for milestone review to ensure progress and issue being identified with timely manner.
DBP/OP - Parts sales planning coordination:
 Collaborate with GSP for yearly parts sales planning (DBP/OP) with the aligned sales forecast methodology/tool based on various of BUs’ inputs including but not limited to vehicle population, vehicle throughtpout, vehicle models, vehicle segmentation, mileages, retention, penetration and price level etc.
