Responsibilities:

• Work closely with manufacturer’s parts department to collect information of latest spare parts and pricing structure, to maintain appropriate spare parts supply, both to internal service center and outside customers;
• Out-going thinking to grasp after-market parts suppliers' strategy and adjust our spare parts pricing according to actual market needs;
• Maintain proper parts inventory records and manage the ware-house in a secure manner;
• Prepare reports on inventory status, sales records, parts moving status and ordering status on a monthly basis;
• Work closely with Service Manager to identify customers demand on spare parts service;
• Harmonize the working relationship among operational subordinates;
• Cost control on warehouse, logistics and sales activities;
• Achieved company sales target as set and agreed with top-management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years related experience in automotive industry
• Managerial experience is essential
• Strong leadership with proven track record in building up a solid and passionate team
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Mature and dynamic with good interpersonal skills
