Objective of job (abbreviated)
Process dealer parts ordering and relative topics with alignment with internal and external stakeholders, finally to support the achievement of parts sales targets set by the management.
Task description
1. Ordering Management
• Track parts ordering and back order to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Respond to dealer’s inquiries timely and provide with acuurate and reliable feedback with End-to-End mindset.
• Track the delivery of credit notes to dealer. Work with FBAC/DPTS to ensure the account balance.
2. Supplier Management
• Track the parts delivery with suppliers and escalate critical parts supply to suppliers and management.
• Monitor supplier performance by monthly report and keep regular communication with suppliers (DPTS/FBAC/Oil/Tire) for problem solving and process optimization.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts supply and parts engineering issues
3. Parts Project Management
• Lead/co-lead parts related projects, such as ordering system optimization, new product introduction and parts stock optimization
• Improve Parts Manager competence and acquaintance on VAN parts knowledge
• Generate daily and monthly report for business performance analysis
• Support Parts Sales and Pricing colleagues on special price or promotion topics.
4. Parts Claims Management
• Handle dealer claims on time align with supplier policy.
• Monitor the claims process to respond dealer inquiry
