Objective of job
Develop and implement Van & DENZA parts pricing structure to achieve parts sales target and customer satisfaction in accordance with corporate guidelines particularly on internal control and compliance.
Task description
1. Pricing Strategy of MB Van and DENZA Parts
- Design parts pricing strategy and structure for Van & DENZA parts at wholesale and retail levels in order to best achieve Parts Sales, margin and Customer Satisfaction targets.
- Provide pricing input for annual OP in align with pricing strategy
- Implemente the pricing structure by pricing adjustment twice /year
2. Pricing Promotion
- Design and implement the special price/ promotion based on market analysis and simulation, such as heavy accident special price, tire promotion
3. Market Research
- Design and conduct regular parts price monitoring to fully understand VAN/DENZA price positioning compared to the independent after-market and main OEM competitors.
- Design and conduct Marketing Intelligence to understand IAM and NEV market to provide a whole picture and potential for management to enhance market penetration of Customer Service business
4. Pricing Project
- Responsible for Menu Pricing design, maintain and update in system
- Support other CS projects in pricing aspective, such as Service Contract, O2O, OTR+, DCS
5. Operational Management
- Maintain parts stock price based on dealer/FBAC/DENZA inquiry and pricing methodology
