Job Description

Purpose of the job

With the aim of improving parts sales penetration and gross profit, Parts Product Sales Manager is in charge of aftermarket parts products, extended/reman parts and parts sales activities developing and exploring.

Key responsibilities
  • Together with Volvo international sales and other related departments, manage all aftermarket parts products issues, such as repair kits planning, parts local souring and parts supply channel optimising.
  • Develop and manage aftermarket extended parts, such as Volvo Genuine lubricants, adblue, reman product and other accessory parts business.
  • Initiate, drive, support and implement parts sales promotions (such as national/regional sales campaign, sales activities) to support VTIHC parts business growth.
  • Give parts technical support to regional staffs and dealers.
  • Ownership of parts product system, such as Impact-online, CMS.
  • Calculate and analyze the results of all sales activities/campaigns and annual sales to secure the fulfillment of annual parts sales target
  • Lead PCK project in Hub China.
  • Together with marketing department to creating and distributing parts product marketing, sales promotion materials.
  • Assist in other projects and programs.
Minimum competence
  • Degree in automotive / marketing / engineering or similar experience.
  • Over 5 years’ experience of spare parts business within the aftermarket / automotive industry (foreign brands is an advantage)
  • Good communication skill in writing and oral, both English and Chinese(oversea returned is advantage)
  • Strong belief in perseverance and customer focus
  • Ability to manage a wide range of diverse issues
  • Good PC knowledge, Excel, Word, Power-Point (experience in sales analysis/statistic is an advantage
  • Team player with positive working attitude
