Job Description

Objective of job
- To handle the Parts Trading dealer business targets, discount policies, business analysis, and reporting to Management and HQ.
- To handle Parts Trading business planning, EA1, EA2, OP, and FTR planning, and coordinate the exchanges with HQ and related counterparts.
- To manage and operate overall Parts Trading E-commerce and increase the online sales volume and market share.
- To work on the assigned urgent tasks and support other team members on request with team spirit.
Task description
• To set up the Parts Trading dealer business target, discount policies, and communicate with controlling, tax, legal, compliance for approval
• To handle quarter/semi/annual parts trading discount calculation, verification and payment related tasks.
• To handle regular data analysis, business analysis, market research and dealer surveys.
• To handle the business reporting to the management, HQ and other stakeholders.
• To handle Parts Trading business planning and monitor the target fulfilment of dealers, and then together with DMs to give the advices for enhancement.
• To handle Parts Trading EA1, EA2, EA3, and exchange with other business units and controlling for any changes or deviations.
• To prepare Parts Trading yearly OP proposal, join the overall discussion and MAD meeting preparation.
• To set up Parts Trading FTR planning, and coordinate with HQ and related counterparts for the yearly update based on market facts and business trend.
• To develop the Parts Trading E-commerce business planning, strategy and overall business circumstance.
• To handle the IT development of Parts Trading E-commerce platform by managing the budget application, development planning, and project progress, coordinating the on-field implementation with IT and suppliers and guarantee the delivery.
• To set up the specific discount plicies for Parts trading E-commerce and follow up the calculation, verification and payment tasks, handle the analysis and reporting based on the business data and market trend.
• To develop and implement the sales campaigns by motivating customers and lead ground promotions by leveraging the suppliers.
• To work on the temparory and urgent tasks assigned on request with team spirit
• To collaborate with other team members for daily operation, short-term projects or exchanges with stakeholders.
