Key Responsibilities:

1、Collaborate with the Italy Parts and Services team to determine the services support for Asia with focus in Greater China.

2、Prepare the price strategy and price list for Parts and Services being sold in Asia with focus in China.

3、Organise technical semina and services training to support the business.

4、Create the services materials and service manual in local language.

5、Communicate the services plan with Italy and counterpart in different business unit.

6、Stock plan for the daily operations of the Parts and services operations.

7、Drive the business review and services performance with the GM to provide timely reports.

8、Focus on implementing Asia gas strategy.

Requirements:

1、Demonstrated relentless drive and determination to achieve success.

2、Demonstrated ability to influence management, teams and individuals across multiple cultures, disciplines and geographies.

3、Good analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills.

4、Expert level of knowledge in Generators and Power Equipments.

5、Good problem solving skills; the ability to ask the right questions, help frame logical conclusions and arrive at effective solutions.

6、Good verbal and written communication competencies.

7、Experience with Services and Parts Operations Planning.

8、Results oriented with ability to react to situations with a sense of urgency and influence outcomes in a cross-functional environment.

9、Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
