• Leading Parts manufacturing department work, including parts’ manufacturing, and parts painting etc.
• Control parts’ quality, make sure quality continuous improvement;
• Ensure all departments accord with EHS requirements and all legal/governance requirements;
• Control and monitor the parts manufacturing dept.’s productivity, efficiency, cost and other KPI; Like according with HGPS and lean methods to optimize parts manufacturing process; Keep good maintenance for all equipment.
• Workshop daily management and improve the workshop environment (i.e. 5S)
• Parts manufacturing dept.’s staff management, develop staff’s skills; follow up HR policy to balance working hours and overtime.
• Involve in product development project, which is supply Footprint/Production strategy’s supportive and contribution.

任职资格 Qualifications Required:

• Requires a college diploma or above, major in mechanical engineering or related.
• At least 10 years of experience in parts manufacturing or CNC related filed; and at least 5 years in management role and rich workshop management experience.
• Understanding and expertise in parts process and manufacturing. (Like steel material, large size parts manufacture process etc.)
• Have experience in implementing and management continuous improvements, cost reduction programs and other complicated tasks; work in foreign company before or good understanding of product continuous improvement method/concept is preferred. (Like TPM, KAIZEN etc.)
• Strong cross function communication skills
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and e-mail skills required.
• Could use English as working language, writing and reading at least.
