Responsibilities:

• Provide positive customer experience at all airport service areas, including check in, pre-departure, arrival services, VIP escort services, lost & found and ticketing services
• Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE with at least 1 year CS experience / Higher Diploma or above with no experience will also be considered
• Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good customer services skills
• 24 hours Shift duties required
• Airline or ground services experience will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Position
