Job Description

Your Experience & Skills include:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in International Hotel chain

- Degree in Culinary Management 

Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge

- Successful Pre-opening experience

 

What will you be doing:

-  Bake various desserts in a kitchen within a restaurant or bakery

- Follow recipes to create pastries, cookies and other baked goods, developing new and unique recipes to feature on the menu and keeping stock of the kitchen's inventory

- Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients

- Supervising and training staff members, when needed
