Duites
- Managing patent and trademark portfolios of local and international clients
- Preparing and fling patent application documents
- Drafting patent specifications
- Handling official actions of patent applications
- Cooperating with foreign patent agencies
- Answering clients' inquiries regarding patent filing strategies
- Monitoring status of pending patent applications filed worldwide
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience gained at IP firm or in-house legal department
- Bachelor's degree or above in natural science or engineering
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
