Job Description

About The Role:

RWS is the world leader in intellectual property support solutions. We lead the IP field with innovative services and technology including inovia, PatBase and AOP Connect.

Our IP Services division provides a wide range of high-quality intellectual property searches. PatBase and other extensive resources allow our team to produce the most accurate search results, while employing strict protocols and emphasising confidentiality at every step.

We are currently seeking a graduate engineer versed in the ElectronicsCommunications and/or Wireless fields to join our busy Analyst Search team. You will be conducting patent/technical literature searches to establish patentability/freedom-to-operate/state-of-the-art, etc. of target technologies. The role allows for flexible working based out of our Central London hub.

Requirements:

  • Degree level qualification in Electronics, preferably with Telecommunications and/or Wireless Engineering.
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Interest in working with patent information (prior experience with patent information would be advantageous) 

 

In addition, foreign languages would be a plus!
