岗位职责(Responsibilities):

• 事务管理：负责各类档案管理和监控专利申请流程，办理各级政府专利资助等；配合各部门工作，完成领导安排的其它事务。Affairs Management: Responsible for files management and monitoring the patent application process, Handling patent subsidies of governments etc. Cooperating with all departments, and completing other matters arranged by the leadership.
• 专利检索：独立完成专利或医药信息检索，撰写相关分析报告；独立完成专利性判断、侵权分析、专利性评估等专利相关工作。Patent retrieval: Independent patent or medical information retrieval, and writing the analysis reports. Independent completing various patent work, such as patentability judgment, infringement analysis, patent evaluation, etc.
• 专利申请与答复：独立撰写各种药物专利申请稿，处理各国专利审查意见。Patent application and reply: Independent completing various drug patent applications, Handling patent examination opinions of different countries.

任职资格(Qualifications)：

• 专业背景：化学、医药、生物、制剂或法律等相关专业本科以上学历，熟悉中国、美国、欧洲等主要国家专利法律制度。具有专利代理人资格证书、专利管理工程师证书、律师执业资格证或通过历年司法考试，参加过各类专利或法律培训具有深厚法律背景的优先考虑。Major background: Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, medicine, biology, formulation, law and other related majors. Familiar with China, US, Europe and other major countries’ patent legal systems. With a patent agent qualification certificate, patent management engineer certificate, lawyer's qualification certificate, passing the judicial examination, or with a strong legal background by attending various patent or legal trainings is preferred.
• 从业经验：能够熟练使用常用数据库，独立撰写或答复各类医药专利。从事过2-5年医药技术研发、专利审查、专利代理或律师执业经验的优先考虑。Work experiences: Proficient using the common databases in pharmaceutical field. Independent drafting or replying various types of pharmaceutical patents. 2-5 years of technical development, patent examination, patent agency or Lawyer's experience is preferred.
• 外语能力：具有良好英语阅读能力和口头表达能力，能够熟练阅读或书写英文专业资料。Language ability: Good at English reading and oral expression. Proficient reading or writing English professional materials.
• 其他能力：具有良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作能力，性格开朗，工作细致认真，具有很强的责任心，能够承担一定的工作压力。Other abilities: Good at learning, communication and team cooperation, open-minded, careful work, strong responsibility, working under a certain pressure.
