1. Patent Prosecution, including application filing, OA handling, and filing countries assessment.

2. Responsible for patent developing for product projects and assessment for competitors’ patent mapping and design around estimation.

3. Patent assertions and litigations handling and analysis.

4. Negotiation with patent owners.

5. Patent buying assessment.

6. Patent communication with vendors.

7. Any assignment from Supervisor/Manager/Director.

1. Education: Minimum: BS or above; Computer Science/Software/EE is preferred.

2. Experience: Professional: Approximately 5+ years relevant work experience required; either in-firm or in-house experience is acceptable.

3. Skill:

• Patent analysis skills and proficient understanding of patent law.

• Ability to work under date-driven schedules.
