Duties:
Preparing patent and trade mark application documents
Managing procedures and workflows of patent and trademark applications filed worldwide
Managing renewals and maintenance of issued patents and trademarks worldwide
Preparing reporting letters to clients
Cooperating with patent and trademark agencies in other countries or regions
Answering clients' inquiries regarding patent and trademark filing strategies
Monitoring status of pending patent and trademark applications filed worldwide

Requirements:
Relevant experience gained in law firm or in-house legal department
Experience in patent and trademark handling is highly preferable
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in PC applications
Well-organized and meticulous
Proactive and able to meet deadlines
