Patient Innovations and Solutions 80%

• Drive and execute key innovative patients solutions in alignment with the agreed innovation and franchise priorities across CVRM, Oncology and Respiratory and Immunology.
• Coordinate with internal cross functional team (eg commercial and medical) and external partners to achieve goals of implementing identified patient innovations into clinical practices.
• Work with the cross functional team to connect potential innovation solution partners to both internal stakeholders and external HealthCare organizations  
• Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders and drive and ensure proper project executions.
• Ensure that all activities are compliant, aligned with Global, sanctioned by the appropriate stakeholders and truly patient focused

Implement Healthcare Innovation key projects and events to realize Patient Innovations and Solutions 20%

• Communicate and work with the business partner ecosystem networking to execute Healthcare innovative campaign and events to realize Patient Innovations
• Drive partnership with key Healthcare organizations of innovation projects and events to achieve mutual goals and improve patients’ outcome.
• Coordinate with internal/external key stakeholders to implement strategic partnership including project management and outcome measurements in timely and efficient manner.
