- Develop insight-based patient program strategy and omni-channel execution plan in collaboration with other cross-functional areas (Digital, Medical, Marketing, Market Access and Corporate Affairs) in order to increase overall new inclusion into the patient program, extend duration of treatment, and level of satisfaction of our patients, pharmacies and physicians.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across customer segments
- Develop strong alliances with third parties to ensure we provide a best in class service to our patients and to AstraZeneca in a timeline fashion and fully aligned to our guidelines and policies
- Lead creation of core patient materials
- Manage and evaluate media campaigns across both traditional and digital mediums
- Manage external creative agency and adhere to budget targets
- Develop social media strategies and implementation across consumer segments
- Provide leadership about the ecosystem reshaping to build patient centric business platforms for sustained growth
- Identify and establish partnerships/collaborations derive mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships
- Develops people and the organization by investing in long-term development of direct reports through mentoring, coaching, and continuous feedback
Background and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business focus preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years pharmaceutical and/or consumer product goods marketing experience
- Social/ Digital marketing experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally and experience in multiple commercial functional business areas is preferred (e.g. Market Access, Brand Team/Marketing and Sales Operations)
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, budget management, presentation and negotiation skills
