Responsibilities:

• Assist patients to obtain services in our Cancer Rehabilitation Center (JCCRC)
• Handle preadmission work, including the handling of enquiries, arranging family meetings, communicating with hospital social workers or agencies, etc.
• Provide continuous support to patients and their families during their stay
• Communicate with hospital social workers or other agencies about potential referrals
• Facilitate patients’ admission procedures, handle difficulties faced by patients
• Handle inquiries and complaints from patients/families
• Collect and compile service related statistics
• Participate in promotional work

Requirements:

• Degree in related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience of which in a medical setting is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills

Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
