Job Descriptions:

• Oversee the daily operation of the Patient Service Department including but not limit to services such as Patient Admission, Telephone Inquiry, Cashier, Medical Record Keeping and etc. ;
• Work closely with Human Resource Unit on customer service training, monitor the customer service quality, set and implement improvement plans ;
• Work closely with Finance and Clinical Departments on patient billing and cash handling ;
• Prepare management reports for analysis.

Requirements:

• A recognized university degree with at least 2 years experience in hospitality industry or over 8 years experience working at supervisory level in hospitality industry if without a recognized university degree ;
• Familiar with cashier operation preferred ;
• Excellent communication and analytical skill ;
• Problem-solving oriented and work under pressure.
