Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • To handle telephone calls for appointment booking.
  • To answer patients’ enquiries via phone and email with good telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • To perform clerical duties.

 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE graduated or above.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skill.
  • Proactive, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of computer skill, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Shift duties may be required.
  • Prior experience in CallCenter preferred.
