Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle telephone calls for appointment booking.
- To answer patients’ enquiries via phone and email with good telephone manner and customer service skills.
- To perform clerical duties.
Requirements:
- HKDSE / HKCEE graduated or above.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skill.
- Proactive, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of computer skill, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Shift duties may be required.
- Prior experience in CallCenter preferred.
