? Perform daily inpatient roundings and hand out the surveys. Monthly data entry for in- and outpatient surveys.
? Deliver high quality service to patients. Ensure patient needs and reasonable requests are met.
? Meet and Greet new patients
? Accompany health check up patients
? Answer or transfer telephones and take messages.
? Help organize packages and gifts for other departments when needed
? Inform patient about packages, general vaccination information, promotions, facilities
? Assist with Department Ordering of items needed.
? Seek opportunities to continuously improve patient services.
? Maintain good working relations with all departments.
? Manage physical environment (magazines, gifts, facilities, general environment)
? Promote the hospital and its services.
